These terms govern your use of the playze.bet website and its demonstrations. Playze is a business-to-business white-label provider of provably-fair casino games; the website is an informational and sales resource for casino operators. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
The site and demos are intended for adults of legal age (18+, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and for casino-industry professionals evaluating our products. Do not use the site where doing so is unlawful.
2. Play-money demos
- Virtual credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn or transferred.
- Demos are provided to illustrate game mechanics and the provably-fair model; outcomes are determined by a verifiable RNG independent of any payment.
- We may modify, suspend or remove a demo at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to breach security, probe or load-test our systems without authorisation, scrape at abusive rates, reverse-engineer beyond what law permits, or use the site to infringe rights or break the law.
4. Intellectual property
The games, software, designs, text, marks and other content on this site are owned by Playze or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right or licence is granted except the limited right to view the site and run the demos for evaluation.
5. Commercial relationship
Any supply of our games to a casino operator is governed by a separate written agreement (integration, licensing and revenue terms). Where that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement prevails for the parties to it. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or warranty of commercial terms.
6. No warranty & liability
The website and demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Playze is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or demos. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Responsible gaming
We build to provably-fair, audited standards and support operators' responsible-gaming obligations. If real-money gambling is causing you harm, seek help from a recognised support service in your country.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. The governing law and venue will be those stated in our operating entity's details and, for partners, the signed commercial agreement.
